How do I secure my event date and time? 

When you select and submit your event date and time it sends a request to Rolling Video Games Colorado.  It is common for 2-3 individuals to request the same date and time particularly on weekends and holidays.  The first request to make a payment secures the event date and time slot.

Is there a minimum age requirement? 

Yes, it is our experience our games are better suited for ages 8 and above.  We require a parent or parent(s) to help with children 6-7 years old.  Thank you for your understanding.

Can you do 1 player internet games?  No we don't have internet connection, we are a console based local multiplayer setup.  

How much does a party event cost?  

Please refer to the Price List tab for detailed breakdown of party prices.

 

What is included with a party event?

All of our event packages include a game coach equipped with climate-controlled mobile game theater. The game theater has four 55" flat screen TVs inside  attached to XBOX One, XBOX 360,  Nintendo Wii, and WII U game consoles supporting up to 16 players. 

 

How do I book a party reservation?

Complete our online form or email or call us as shown on our contact page. We will send you a confirmation email and an invoice.

 

What happens if I need to postpone or reschedule a reserved party?

We will make every effort to accomodate the next earliest available reservation date to reschedule your party event. 

How do I cancel a party reservation?  

Please notify us as soon as possible should you need to cancel your reservation. NO DEPOSIT REFUND should you cancel the reservation within 14 days of your scheduled event. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. 

Booking Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Rolling Video Games Colorado event reservation. Event times are not guaranteed until full payment is made.
