He did everything he said he would in a timely manner, and arrived in plenty of time to set up for our party. 16 7/8 YO boys were THRILLED to play video games for 1 1/2 hours! Michael was so helpful during the party - taking pictures, changing games, resolving disputes, and helping the kids with the games. Highly recommend for gamers of all ages!"
