Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. Unlike “public” type events, big jump parks, restaurants, climbing gyms, bowling alleys, etc., we book exclusive, private parties in a controlled, clean environment with a guest list that you, the customer controls. As we always have, we clean the inside of our trailer, all controllers/surfaces with disinfectant before, during, and after each event.
We are genuinely interested in providing a positive experience that you and your guests will remember. It is what we have built are business upon. We are following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and ask guests to;
Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before and after the event. Immediately upon entering the gaming trailer we will ask you to use hand sanitizer, covering all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry. This is mandatory. Hand sanitizer will be provided.
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. We will keep an eye on the gamers throughout the event and provide gentle reminders.
To ensure a great experience, we requests the host talk to all invited guests or parents of invited guests and ask them to stay home if they are sick. If it is observed that is a guest is sick and causing concern of those around them we will immediately make the host of the event aware. We don't want to deny anyone from having fun but want to create a safe environment so everyone can enjoy the experience.
If you have any concerns, we will be happy to partner with you and reschedule your event at no additional cost.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and adjust our policy accordingly.
